- The S Studio does not entertain cancellation of orders or refund of order amount paid once the order is confirmed. Hence we request you to check before placing an order.
- During Festive sale returns and exchange are not possible.
- Products listed in sale page are also not eligible for exchange.
- However, in case the customer wishes to exchange any product in their order, it can be exchanged for another product of equivalent or higher value oropt to receive a credit note for later use. In such cases of exchange request, The S Studio should be notified of the exchange within two (2) days of receipt of the merchandise by sending a mail to contact@thesstudioonline.com or by whatsapp at +919840476171. We will then send a confirmation mail update, if the return can be accepted. After which, the merchandise should be sent and received by The S Studio within five (5) days for shipments within India.
- If the exchanged merchandise is of higher value, the difference in amount will have to be borne by the customer. In the event the exchanged merchandise is of lesser value, The S Studio will issue a credit note against the balance amount which can be used for future purchase.
- Refunds or amount of store credit, if any, will be calculated after the package is returned to us without damage and taking into consideration any charges incurred by The S Studio in such cases. If there is any damage to the saree due to mishandling on the customer side, exchange request cannot be entertained.
- For international orders i.e for products shipped to destinations outside India, we are unable to accept any exchange or cancellation requests.
- Please note, we’ll be unable to process an exchange for sarees once the saree falls and edges havebeen stitched and the blouse cut or for any custom made sarees and if any customization is done on the product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping charges for sending the products back to The S studio and sending the exchanged product back to the customer has to be borne by the customer which will be based on the prevailing logistics rates at that time of exchange.
- Products under sale tag or products purchased during any promotional sale are not eligible for exchange.
- We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive for exchange.In the event an item is damaged during shipment back to us we cannot be responsible for the same.
- The SStudio reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with these above policies
Cancellation Policy
- There is no provision to cancel an order once placed. Hence, please ensure you check your order details prior to confirming the order.
- The S Studio reserves the right to cancel an order due to an error on the site, or a stock unavailability. If the customer’s credit card has been charged prior to a cancellation of the order from our end, we will refund the order amount paid.
Order received in damaged condition:
- At The S Studio, we ensure that every product at the time of dispatch matches exactly as per the order specifications and the product description to ensure minimal exchange and returns.
- With our safe packing, we ensure that any transit damage does not happen which hampers the quality of the fabric.
- In the event any merchandise is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, the customer has to intimate The S Studio by email and notify us immediately upon receipt of package.The S Studio to be notified of the defect within one (1) day of receipt of the merchandise.
- We would require a photo or video proof for the defect. Such merchandise needs to be sent back to us in original packaging after a confirmation from us.
- The defective merchandise will be inspected by The S Studio once received and determine as to the cause of the defect.
- In the event of such a defect, The S studio shall provide a store credit for the value of such defective merchandise.
How to ship back your order for exchange
Please ensure the merchandise is well packed to ensure the merchandise is not damaged during transit. You can make a request for return pick up with us, which will be chargeable. In case we cannot arrange a return pick up due to some reasons, please mail it to the following address:

- Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.thesstudioonline.com or to products you purchase through www.thesstudioonline.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Chennai, India only.
