Is my order confirmed automatically post payment?
After you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation message from The S Studio team. You will receive an email or a SMS on your registered mobile number for confirmation of your order along with order details.
What are the accepted modes of payment?
We accept payments through net banking, credit cards and debit cards. You can also visit our retail store in Chennai for your purchase.

How long will it take for me to get delivery?
Shipping timelines vary from location to location. However in case of most pincodes in India. The parcel should reach you within 4 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. In case of international shipping, delivery takes place within a time span of one or two weeks from the date of shipment. But in certain cases the time taken varies depending on imports and customs procedures, which are out of our hands.

For international orders an extra custom duty may be applicable depending on the country to which you are seeking to import the products and is payable by the end receiver to the local logistics provider

All our sarees are fully hand crafted to offer a unique saree design. Every saree that you buy from us at ‘The S Studio’ comes with an authentic base fabric with stringent quality and weave check. We use all traditional fabrics like Kanchivaram Silks, Tussars, Raw Silk, Georgette, Silk Kotas, Soft Silks, Chanderis and Organzas for our saree range.
Do you offer a matching blouse?
Yes every saree from ‘The S Studio’ store comes with a hand crafted unstitched blouse piece to match the exotic saree.
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, currently there is no provision to cancel it. Please ensure that you check your order details prior to confirming it. The S studio Reserves the Right to Cancel an Order Due To an Error on the Site, Or a Stock Issue. If The Customer’s Credit Card has been charged prior To a Cancellation of the Order from Our End, We Will Reverse the Charge.
Is there a way to get an exchange on my order?
You can get your order exchanged for other issues. Ensure that the product is ably packed and not worn to be eligible for an exchange. Please visit our RETURN POLICY page for further queries.
